If you are reporting a bug, it helps a lot to include your phone model, its OS version, and what you did right before it happened. Screenshots welcome. The app sends us no automatic crash reports — so if you don't tell us, we don't know.
Common questions
What happens after the 30 days?
Logging and the 🟢🟡🔴 light stay free forever, across all four competition lifts, along with 30 days of history and the full data export. What closes is the Pro layer: the complete timeline, the 8-week load chart, the Form/RPE-drift screen and the lift variations.
Nothing is deleted when the trial ends, and an export always contains your complete log — even without Pro.
I bought Pro but it isn't active on my new phone
Open the Pro screen (any locked feature takes you there, for example the Pro card on the Profile screen) and tap “Already bought — restore”. The purchase belongs to your store account, so signing in with the same Google or Apple account should bring it back. If it doesn't, email us — the purchase date and the store receipt number help a lot.
How do I back up my data?
“Back up now” on the Profile screen writes a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet. On Android it goes to Downloads/Loadwave and stays there even if you uninstall the app. On iPhone it goes to the app's Documents/Loadwave folder, reachable from the Files app — ⚠️ but that folder is deleted when the app is removed, so copy it out first.
Why does it show intensity above 100%?
Because your estimated max is lower than what you actually lifted. You can recalculate your maxes from your logged sessions on the Profile screen. The single best way to sharpen the estimate is to log an RPE on your heavy sets — one honest RPE beats ten guesses.
Will I lose my data when I change phones?
On Android the system's automatic backup carries it over (if Google backup is enabled). On iPhone, iCloud Backup does. Either way the safest route is to export the CSV before you move and import it afterwards.
Do you send notifications?
No. Loadwave sends no notifications at all, and never asks for permission to.
Privacy
